Overwhelmed With Emails
Susan Clark is the founder and owner of Cornerstone Solutions. Cornerstone Solutions implements and trains companies on cloud-based business products to help them establish efficient processes and procedures.
As the face of her business, Susan was constantly overwhelmed with incoming emails. She was spending way too much time in her inbox, responding to questions and communicating with clients.
She admits, “I’m one of those people who likes to keep an ‘inbox zero’ - meaning zero emails in my inbox. I could consistently keep it under 30 emails but it was never below about 10 and it was taking up a lot of my time.”
