Stuck in Overwhelm
John Livesay, aka The Pitch Whisperer, is a sales keynote speaker, storytelling expert, and author of “Better Selling Through Storytelling.” He teaches companies’ sales teams how to use storytelling as a tool.
John was stuck in overwhelm while trying to build out a partner program for his online course. He realized he didn’t have the time to do everything needed to attend to his new partners, while also focusing on his full-time speaking engagements.
The Lightbulb Moment
John recalls, “I had to decide if I wanted to stay drowning in overwhelm and have my online course not get in front of the right people, or if I wanted to get some help. It was a lightbulb moment for me, so I started asking around.”
John was introduced to the Great Assistant Program through a friend who used it to find his own Great Assistant.

Getting the Help He Needed
In the Summer of 2020, John was matched with Great Assistant, Cristen, who John describes as having a “can-do attitude the whole way through!”
So far, Cristen has been helping John with his affiliate program, editing videos and webinar slides, and coordinating marketing for John’s online course and events. “She’s really jumped in with both feet,” John adds.
“The Sleepless Nights Are Over”
John now spends more time growing his partner program through introductions and delegates as much as he can to Great Assistant, Cristen.
“The sleepless nights are over. I am no longer stressed-out and worrying about all the things I didn't get done.
“My Great Assistant tracks everything so I can focus on doing what I do best and delegate the rest. I’m able to keep my momentum going and I’m finally feeling energized instead of burnt out.”
