What You Get

LONG-TERM ASSISTANT

Domestic (USA/CAN), fully remote, a direct hire into your company, and can be either PT or FT, 1099 or W2.

We’ll guide you to know what to delegate, how to delegate, how to onboard, and how to lead.

TRAINING FOR YOUR ASSISTANT

Once you’ve got your Assistant, we’ve got training to help them make the fastest impact possible.

What Makes Us Different

Everything in our program is geared around one goal: getting you a great Assistant who stays long term, frees you up as soon as possible, with as little work on your behalf as possible.

Specifically, this is what makes us different:

  • Domestic EAs only, based in the US or CAN, no overseas
  • Assistants hired directly into your business, no freelancers with 5 clients, no rent-an-Assistants
  • Assistants can be 1099 or W2
  • Assistant can be part-time or full-time

Timeline

Within approximately 8 weeks you’ll have your Great Assistant. This assumes you’re available to complete all prep steps and you’re responsive to all of our messages.

If you’ve got any disruptions coming up (e.g. vacation), simply discuss those with us and we can get you a customized timeline.

Pricing

Our entry level program is called Be a Great Leader. It is mandatory for all clients to complete.

Level 1:

Build Your Delegation Roadmap

Online training to figure out what to delegate.

  • Figure out what’s delegatable and what isn’t.
  • Figure out if there’s a business case to get an Assistant or not.
  • Build a Delegation Roadmap of what to delegate, in what order so you can get your time back as quickly as possible.
  • See sample Delegation Roadmaps from different industries to help you see what’s possible for you.

Level 2:

Be a Great Leader

1-on-1 Coaching to help you prepare for the arrival of an Assistant.

  • Job posting written for you.
  • Build onboarding process.
  • Diagnose tech stack; update as needed.
  • Prepare first three tasks for delegation.
  • Prepare interview guide.

Your 1-on-1 Coach will create a custom path through these topics. Your Coach will evaluate anything you’ve already built for possible upgrades.

This package is mandatory to complete any of the higher packages.

Level 3:

Get a Great Assistant

Completely done-for-you service. This is our proprietary, 23-step process refined over nearly 1,000 hires.

  • We post your job widely; we’ll produce between 50-200 candidates.
  • We comb through all resumes to find top candidates.
  • We conduct multiple work tests.
  • We conduct multiple interviews.
  • We administer multiple psychometric assessments (including Kolbe).

Note: we sell Level 3 only to clients who’ve also purchased Level 2.

Level 4:

90-Day Accelerator

Once you’ve got your Great Assistant, we train you and your Assistant on delegating your email inbox and calendar to them.

  • Works with both Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Group coaching for Entrepreneur and Assistant alike.
  • Download our workflows to dramatically speed up how fast you get your time back.
